The smallest rotor supplied with standard rotary viscometers can only measure samples at approximately 15 mPa·s (cP) as the lower limit. For samples with viscosity below 15 cP, accurate measurement is hardly achievable and no torque reading can be obtained.
BGD 162/Z-004 Ultra-Low Viscosity Test Assembly (abbreviated as ULA) offered by Biuged features a minimum measuring range down to 1 cP, with a full measuring range of 1 ~ 2000 cP. It is specially designed for testing extremely thin liquids with viscosity similar to water.
This assembly adopts a coaxial cylinder structure, delivering precise shear rate and constant temperature testing capability, with only 16 mL sample volume required.
