Small Sample Test Assembly (SSA)

For such application scenarios, Biuged offers the Small Sample Test Assembly (abbreviated SSA). It only requires approximately 10 mL of sample. Combined with dedicated spindles, the assembly enables complete rheological property analysis of specimens.

◆ Sealed coaxial cylinder design for greatly improved measurement accuracy

Traditional testing adopts disc spindles paired with open sample containers, which deliver unstable boundary conditions and inaccurate shear rate readings. In contrast, the SSA rotor and sample cup form a precision coaxial cylinder with fixed clearance, allowing precise and controllable shear rates. It provides far superior test repeatability for non-Newtonian fluids (resins, adhesives, coatings) compared with standard spindles, ideal for precise rheology measurement in R&D laboratories.

◆ Independent detachable sample cup; no viscometer recalibration required between sample changes.
